Developer Robotics Integration (m/f/d)
Your role
Your experience and qualifications
- Stay in close exchange with the AI tools team to stay informed on new tools and updates to existing ones
- Analyze PoC requirements and define how Physical AI and our AI tools can best improve each application
- Plan and execute the integration of Physical AI into existing, traditionally programmed PoCs
- Align early with colleagues working on the classical programming so PoCs are designed for straightforward AI tool integration
- Evaluate how effectively Physical AI improves application performance and document the results
- Collect feedback from customers and customer applications, then forward it to the relevant internal teams
- Create clear documentation of integrations, approaches, and outcomes
- Visit customers on-site to support integration and ensure successful deployment
- You develop and prepare demos for fairs and conferences with a focus on Physical AI
- You are responsible for the setup, maintenance and dismantling of demos at fairs and conferences
- You provide technical information to potential customers at fairs and conferences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related field - Hands-on experience with Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models (e.g., NVIDIA Isaac
GR00T) - Strong proficiency in ROS 2, C/C++, and Python
- Practical experience deploying and operating real robotic systems, preferably
manipulators (robot arms) - Working knowledge of computer vision and robot perception, including object
detection, 6D pose estimation, and related methods - Experience with imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and/or learned grasp and
motion planning - Experience with multimodal sensor fusion (e.g., vision with force/torque, tactile,
and/or depth sensing) - Experience with robot simulation and sim-to-real transfer (e.g., NVIDIA Isaac Sim,
Gazebo, MuJoCo) is a plus - High interest in state-of-the-art Physical AI methods and systems
- Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
