Your role

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and detailed timelines

  • Process Compliance: Ensure that projects are executed in strict alignment with the internal product development process

  • Gate Coordination: Prepare all necessary content for the gate meetings and coordinate the scheduling and execution timelines with the Program Management

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Team Leads to ensure that project-relevant work packages are prioritized, scheduled, and executed at the right time

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, updates, and risks to team members, stakeholders, and management in a timely and clear fashion

  • Risk Management: Identify and resolve issues, manage project risks, and develop contingency plans

  • Quality Control: Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and organizational objectives

  • Project Closure: Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Proven track record of at least 3–5 years working as a Project Manager or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP certification

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and analytical skills combined with a problem-solving mindset

  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
